From industrial engineer to procurement leader to international educator — a career spent turning operational complexity into clarity, and today, into intelligent systems.
I started as an industrial engineer on a manufacturing floor — where inefficiency has a sound, a smell, and a cost. That grounding shaped everything that followed.
Over 15+ years I moved from engineering into procurement leadership, eventually owning €2M+ annual spend, rebuilding supplier networks, and cutting procurement costs by 50%. I then took that operator lens into international education — leading learning for a UK-based professional institute serving supply chain talent globally.
Today I operate at the intersection of supply chain, operations and AI — helping organisations, teams and individuals adopt AI in ways that are practical, measurable and human.
